- Pony Club is an excellent organization for children and
young people who ride. It gives them a solid foundation in horsemanship
(horsepersonship?). As much emphasis is placed on learning how to look after your horse as
on riding. This site tells you everything you need to know about Pony
Club and has some fun online games too!

western riding, 4H Light Horse Clubs serve a similar purpose
although, as a rule, they don't provide as much equestrian
depth as does Pony Club.
